Shipping/Return Policy

Order Processing
Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hrs of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday-Friday (9:00AM-3:00PM PST) excluding weekends & holidays.
*Please note: Orders overs $450.00 must be placed via Western Union to JuJu Hair Company. Once the funds have been wired via Western Union, you must email contact our offices at admin@jujuhair.com with the MTCN# and the products requested.

Shipping
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground, which takes 5-7 days for delivery, once payment clears. International orders are shipped USPS and typically takes 5-10 days for delivery.
NOTE: Overnight orders must be entered before 12pm PST. OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY AFTER 12PMPST, WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL MONDAY MORNING.

Shipping Issues

Please order far enough in advance to allow for any delivery delays.  We are not responsible for any carrier delays due to holidays or weather conditions.  We rely on the USPS/UPS to deliver your order on time.  We do not offer reimbursements for delayed shipments.  Please feel free to contact us at admin@jujuhair.com if you need any more information.

Once the item has shipped w/ insurance, JuJu Hair Company releases liabilty to the courier and the customer. If there are any problems are delays with shipping, please contact the responsible courier for additional help or information.

 Refused Shipments/Failed Deliveries/Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

Please make sure you give us the complete correct address (i.e. apartment or suite numbers) for your order so USPS/UPS can deliver your package without any problems. The billing and Shipping address on packages must match to avoid any potential fraud or chargebacks.

Returns & Exchanges

JuJu Hair Co is proud to offer a (3) day return or exchange policy on all items that have not been altered (except co-wash with bundle intact). You will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee on returns.
 
If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects (ie shedding, tangling, etc). Once the hair is installed, all SALES ARE FINAL.   JuJu Hair Company is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.
 
 
All Sales Prices are FINAL! (If you purchased hair while it is on sale, there is 0 refund or exchange)
